Subscription Plans

What subscription plans are available?

DeepTraQ offers three subscription plans:

  • Free – Includes access to all Pro features with 10 credits.
  • Standard – $29 per user with 20 credits.
  • Pro – $59 per user with 40 credits.

What is considered an asset?

An asset refers to any monitored or scanned resource within the platform. Examples include:

  • IP addresses
  • Websites
  • Code repositories
  • Cloud accounts

Can Free users access all features?

Yes. Free users can access the same features available in the Pro plan. However, usage is limited by:

  • Credit availability
  • Asset limits

Can I add collaborators to my account?

Yes. Additional users can be added depending on your subscription plan.

Pricing examples:

  • Standard plan additional user: $15 per user
  • Pro plan additional user: $30 per user
  • External collaborators (Pro only): $150 per user

Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

Yes. Subscription plans can be upgraded or downgraded at any time.

Changes will take effect during the next billing cycle and credits will adjust based on the selected plan.


Credits and Pricing

How do credits work?

Credits are consumed when performing actions such as:

  • Running scans
  • Executing AI agents
  • Performing AI queries
  • Running automated tasks

How does cloud scanning consume credits?

Cloud scanning credits depend on the number of resources scanned and the time required to complete the scan.

Example usage:

  • 1,000 resources scanned: 1 credit
  • Large scale scans (50,000+ resources) may receive bulk discounts.

How does Research Studio consume credits?

Research Studio provides a virtual environment with cybersecurity tools for testing and analysis.

Usage cost:

  • 1 hour of usage consumes 0.2 credits.

How do security policies consume credits?

Security policies require credits based on creation and sharing.

  • Creating a policy: 20 credits
  • Sharing a policy: 5 credits per user per month

How are custom alerts billed?

Each subscription includes 10 alerts by default.

Additional alerts:

  • Every 10 additional alerts consume 1 credit.

Scans and Automation

Can I schedule automated scans?

Yes. The platform allows scheduled scans for different assets.

Supported scan scheduling includes:

  • Cloud accounts
  • Code repositories
  • Integrated assets

Credits are consumed depending on the scan duration and resources analyzed.


AI Agents

What can AI agents do?

AI agents automate several cybersecurity tasks including:

  • Vulnerability scanning
  • Security intelligence queries
  • Workflow automation
  • Generating reports and insights

How do AI agents consume credits?

Credit usage for AI agents depends on:

  • Number of tasks executed
  • Processing time
  • Resources analyzed during the operation

Can multiple agents run simultaneously?

Yes. Multiple agents can run at the same time depending on:

  • Available credits
  • Plan limitations

Can AI agents query cloud or Git repositories?

Yes. AI agents can analyze connected environments including cloud platforms and Git repositories.

Supported platforms include:

Which AI models are supported?

The platform supports multiple AI models, including:

Are AI-generated security reports available?

Yes. AI-generated security reports are available for Pro plan users.


Can I bring my own API key?

Currently, custom API keys for external LLM providers are not supported.


Can I deploy my own LLM model?

Self-hosted LLM deployments (for example Ollama or private models) are not supported at this time.
