Sign Up​

Getting started with DeepTraq is quick and easy. Follow these steps to create your account and begin securing your cloud infrastructure.

Create Your Account​

Step 1: Registration​

  • Visit the Sign Up page: https://platform.deeptraq.ai/signup
  • Enter your email address
  • Create a secure password (minimum 8 characters with uppercase, lowercase, and numbers)
  • Select your region (Currently, only India is supported)
  • Accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy
  • Click Create Account

Step 2: Approval Process​

  • After registration, your account will be reviewed by the DeepTraq team
  • You will receive an email once your account is approved
  • Only approved users can access the platform

Step 3: Email Verification & Onboarding​

  • Check your inbox for a verification email
  • Click the verification link
  • You will be redirected to a quick onboarding page

On the onboarding page, you can:

  • Provide basic profile details
  • Select your interests and features to explore

Note:

  • Completing onboarding is optional
  • You can skip and proceed directly to the Home Dashboard

Account Types & Access Rules​

Business Email Users​

If you sign up using a business email (company domain):

  • An organization is automatically created
  • You will be assigned as the Admin
  • Users with the same domain or subdomain will be automatically added as collaborators

Free Trial Benefits​

  • 14-day free trial
  • 20 AI usage credits included
  • Access to core platform features including scans and insights

After Trial Expiry​

Once either condition is met:

  • 14 days are completed, or
  • 20 AI credits are exhausted

Then:

  • New scans cannot be created or launched
  • Previously completed scan data will remain accessible
  • Platform access becomes limited until upgrade

To continue usage, you must upgrade your plan

Personal Email Users​

If you sign up using a personal email (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo):

  • No organization will be created
  • You cannot launch scans
  • You are not eligible for the free trial

Access is limited to:

  • Viewing the platform (restricted mode)

You can still:

  • Be invited as a collaborator or external user by an organization

Profile & Account Setup (Optional)​

You can update your details anytime from My Account, including:

  • Organization / Company Name
  • Address and Billing Details
  • Username and Password
  • Preferences and settings
