DeepTraq AI continuously improves through user feedback. When you provide feedback on AI responses, you help us make the AI more accurate, helpful, and user-friendly. This guide explains how to submit feedback and what happens with your input.

Accessing the Feedback System​

The feedback system is integrated directly into the AI assistant interface. After receiving an AI response, you can provide feedback by clicking the Provide feedback button located below the AI's response.

Rate the AI response on a scale from 1 to 5:

  • 5 - Very good

Select the rating that best reflects your experience with the AI response. This overall rating helps us understand general satisfaction levels and track improvement over time.

Step 3: Response Accuracy​

Was this response correct or useful?

Choose one of the following options:

  • Yes - The response was accurate and helpful
  • No - The response was incorrect or not useful
  • May be - The response was partially correct or somewhat useful

This question helps us identify specific instances where the AI model needs improvement and validate cases where it performs well.

  • Accuracy - Was the information factually correct?
