DeepTraq Platform is currently offered in a beta or free trial version to help users explore our security capabilities. This guide explains what to expect during the Beta Trial period.

Trial Access​

The DeepTraq Platform ("Platform") is currently offered in a beta or free trial version (the "Beta Trial"). Access to the Beta Trial is provided at no cost and is subject to the terms outlined on this page.

Key Information:

  • Free access to explore all platform features
  • No credit card required
  • No payment obligations during Beta Trial
  • Subject to usage limits (see below)

Usage Limits​

During the Beta Trial, users have access to the platform with the following limitations:

Asset Limits​

Maximum Assets: 50 assets

An asset is defined as:

  • One IP address
  • One website or web application
  • One code repository
  • One cloud account (AWS, Azure, GCP)

What happens when limit is reached:

  • You will not be able to add additional assets
  • Existing assets remain accessible
  • Scanning of current assets continues normally
  • Consider upgrading to a paid plan for unlimited assets

Credit Limits​

Maximum Credits: 50 free usage credits

Credits are consumed for:

  • Running vulnerability scans
  • Using AI agents and queries
  • Automated security assessments
  • Advanced analysis features

Credit Consumption Rates:

  • Scans < 2 minutes: Free
  • Scans 2-10 minutes: 0.25 credits
  • Scans 10-30 minutes: 0.5 credits
  • Scans 30-45 minutes: 0.75 credits
  • Scans 45-60 minutes: 1 credit
  • Scans 60+ minutes: 2 credits

What happens when credits run out:

  • Credit-consuming features will be restricted
  • You can view existing scan results
  • Dashboard and reports remain accessible
  • Request additional credits by contacting support
  • Upgrade to a paid plan for more credits

Usage Restrictions​

Any usage beyond the 50 asset or 50 credit limits may be:

  • Temporarily restricted
  • Blocked until Platform transitions to general availability (GA)
  • Unlocked by upgrading to a paid subscription plan

Beta Features and Functionality​

Current Beta Features:

  • Vulnerability scanning and management
  • Cloud security assessments
  • Network perimeter risk analysis
  • Code vulnerability detection
  • AI-powered security agents
  • Compliance dashboards
  • Integration with DevOps tools

Important Notes:

  • Features during Beta Trial may differ from the final commercial release
  • Some features may be added, modified, or removed without notice
  • Certain advanced features may be limited or unavailable
  • Beta Trial is provided "as is" and may contain errors or disruptions

What to Expect​

Performance:

  • Platform is actively being improved
  • Occasional downtime for updates and maintenance
  • Possible bugs or unexpected behavior
  • Response times may vary

Updates:

  • Frequent feature releases
  • Regular security improvements
  • Continuous optimization
  • User feedback drives development priorities

Beta Trial Status​

The Beta Trial does not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service availability
  • Complete feature stability
  • Data persistence after trial ends
  • Service level agreements (SLAs)

No Payment Required​

Free Access​

Zero Cost:

  • Users of the Beta Trial will not be charged
  • No credit card required for signup
  • No hidden fees or surprise charges
  • No automatic conversion to paid plans

Not a Commitment:

  • Beta Trial does not constitute a commitment for paid subscriptions
  • No obligation to purchase after trial ends
  • Choose to upgrade only if the platform meets your needs

If you need more credits during the Beta Trial:

  2. Explain your use case and requirements
  3. Additional credits may be granted based on:
    • Valid testing and evaluation needs
    • Feedback contribution to product development
    • Active engagement with the platform

Note: Additional credit requests are subject to approval and payment may be required for extensive usage beyond trial limits.
