Click the Download button available in:
- Vulnerability Dashboard header
- Scan results pages
- Individual vulnerability views
- Summary tab interface
This opens the Download Report dialog with multiple report options.
Report Categories
Standard Reports (Select one)
Standard reports provide pre-formatted, comprehensive documentation. You can choose only one standard report at a time. Selecting a standard report automatically disables AI-generated reports.

Report Selection Logic
Mutual Exclusivity
- Standard Reports: Choose only ONE standard report
- AI Reports: Choose MULTIPLE AI reports
- Cannot Mix: Selecting a standard report disables AI reports, and vice versa

If you select a Standard Report:
- All AI report checkboxes become disabled
- Only one standard report can be selected at a time
- Document format selection remains available
- Note appears: "Selecting one disables AI reports"
If you select AI Reports:
- All standard report checkboxes become disabled
- Multiple AI reports can be selected simultaneously
- Document format selection remains available
- Note appears: "Selecting any disables standard reports above"
Generating Reports
Steps to Download
- Click Download Button: Open the Download Report dialog
- Choose Report Type: Select either one Standard Report OR multiple AI Reports
- Select Format: Check Word Document or other available formats
- Click Download: Generate and download your report(s)
Report Generation Process
Once you click the Download button:
- System compiles selected data from scan results
- Formats content according to chosen report type
- Applies templates and styling
- Generates document in selected format(s)
- Downloads file to your browser's download location
- Multiple format selections result in separate downloads
Download Timing
- Small Reports: Generate within seconds
- Large Reports: May take 1-2 minutes for comprehensive scans
- AI Reports: Slightly longer due to AI processing
- Multiple Formats: Each format downloads separately
