Evidence Upload (Artifacts)

What this does

Artifacts are supporting documents, evidence files, and compliance records that back up your security policies. Uploading artifacts links your evidence to specific policies, making it easier to present your compliance posture to auditors.

Opening the Artifacts Tab

Step 1: Go to Your Policies in the left sidebar.

Step 2: Find the policy you want to add evidence to and click "View Details" (â„šī¸).

Step 3: Click the "Artifacts" tab on the policy detail page.

Tips for Evidence Management

Tip: Name your artifacts descriptively — include the document type, scope, and year (e.g., "Penetration Test Report — Q1 2025") to make them easy to find during an audit.

Tip: Use the AI auto-classification feature to automatically tag artifacts by policy domain (e.g., Access Control, Incident Response). This speeds up evidence mapping.

Tip: Upload artifacts proactively, even before a scheduled audit. Having evidence pre-organized in Process Genie significantly reduces audit preparation time.
